A PICTURESQUE OASIS IN THE HEART OF WINE COUNTRY
Welcome to Burgundy
Only 1 hour and 20 minutes from Paris by TGV.
Rully is a small village situated in the Côte Chalonnaise, in the southern region of Burgundy. The movie “Premiers Crus”, starring Gérard Lanvin, was filmed in Burgundy, with some scenes shot in the village.
The Clos d’Agneux1840 is a villa built in the early 19th century, surrounded by vineyards that are the heart of the region. The house was recently fully renovated, with the added amenities and the convenience of modern times, while keeping its style true to its vintage spirit. In November, 2019, it opened as a Maison d’Hôtes, a boutique style B&B accomodation, the Clos d’Agneux1840.
With breathtaking views of the Burgundy landscape, the villa overlooks the vineyards of Chardonnay and Pinot noir Premiers Crus. The Vineyards of the Côte de Beaune, which has been named a UNESCO World Heritage is only 15-minute drive away.
For a weekend getaway or a relaxing longer stay, Clos d’Agneux1840 is the perfect place for wine lovers and gastronomy enthusiasts alike. Guests will be able to experience the beauty of the region throughout the four seasons, and there is much to discover in the area.
